Being verified simply means that we have confirmed your email address and that you submitted the review. What this really does is tell your fellow shoppers that you and your reviews are REAL ... and therefore adds more credibility to your opinion.
When you read reviews on any site powered by bizrate, you may note a "Verified" designation next to some users' names or nicknames. This designation is intended to clearly identify those members of our community who are submitting reviews using their real e-mail addresses. Of course, WE WILL NEVER PUBLISH a user's real e-mail address, and you will never see a user's real e-mail address on any site powered by us.

How do I become a Verified Reviewer?
You can elect to become a Verified Reviewer with bizrate by first entering and subsequently confirming your e-mail address through our simple two-step registration process:
What do I need to do after I complete the Verified Reviewer process?
Once you have completed the verification process, it is important that you associate your Verified Reviewer status with each review you submit by entering your verified email address after you finish submitting a review.
Will I always be a Verified Reviewer?
That's up to you in some cases, and up to us in other cases. You can always choose to associate a new, unverified e-mail address with any review you submit, and not have the "Verified" designation next to it.
Alternatively, if you consistently submit abusive or frivolous content, we reserve the right to remove your Verified designation.
